How do I accept an invitation to join an organisation?
Accept an invite
Join a colleague's Supply Lens Organisation from the invitation they sent you.

When a colleague invites you to their Organisation, accept the invitation and you'll be able to open it straight away.
Before you start
- An invitation email from
no-reply@supplylens.co.uk. Check your spam folder if you can't find it. - A Supply Lens account. If you don't have one, you can create it as part of the steps below.
Steps
- Click the link in the invitation, or go to app.supplylens.co.uk.
- Sign in, or create an account.
- On the Home screen, find the pending invitation.
- Click Accept to join, or Reject to decline.
Check it worked
The Organisation appears in your list of organisations, and you can open it.
If something goes wrong
- No invitation on the Home screen. You may have signed in with a different email address from the one the invitation was sent to. Enter the invite code from the invitation in the Invitations section of the Home page instead. It works whichever address you signed up with.
- The invitation never arrived. Ask your colleague to resend it from Settings → Organisation → Members.
