How do I create a Supply Lens account?

Create an account

Register for Supply Lens with an email address or a single sign-on provider and confirm your email.

Register once and you'll have a personal login you can use for every Supply Lens Organisation you belong to.

Before you start

  • Your own work email address, rather than a shared mailbox such as orders@. Changes and invitations are tied to a person.
  • If a colleague has invited you, register in exactly the same way. The invitation will be waiting for you afterwards (see Accept an invite).

Steps

  1. Go to app.supplylens.co.uk.
  2. Click Sign in, then Register now.
  3. Sign up with an email address and password, or connect with a single sign-on (SSO) provider. This is a good moment to read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Click Register.
  5. Open the welcome email from Supply Lens and click the link to confirm your account.

Check it worked

You can sign in at app.supplylens.co.uk and see your list of organisations. It's empty until you set up your Organisation or accept an invitation.

Click your profile picture in the top-right to check your name, email address, password and sign-in methods.

If something goes wrong

  • The welcome email hasn't arrived. Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Still having trouble registering? Contact the Support Team.
