Where do I find things in Supply Lens?
Find your way around
What each part of the left-hand menu and the top bar is for, so you can get to any screen quickly.
About 4 min
Use this page as a map of the Supply Lens app: where each kind of work lives, and what the buttons along the top do.
Before you start
- A Supply Lens account, and an Organisation you belong to. See Create an account.
Steps
-
Open your Organisation from your list of organisations.
-
Show the left-hand menu. Click the menu icon in the top-left, or press the full stop key (
.) from anywhere. -
Pick the area you need.
Menu What's there Home Your dashboard, with a chart of your Documents. Sales Orders, Shipments, Invoices, Credits and other sales Documents. Warehouse Warehouse Orders, Warehouse Shipments, Picks, Goods Inbound. Purchases Purchase Orders and other supplier Documents. Products Your product catalogue. All documents Every Document, whatever its type. External data Tools for bringing data in from, and sending it out to, other systems. Settings How your Organisation is set up. -
For setup, open Settings. It has three sections:
- Organisation: your details, billing and members.
- Integration setup: Integrations, Mappings, plugins and sequence numbers.
- Reference data: countries, currencies, tax codes, products, Units of Measure, Parties, Locations and other lookup tables.
-
Use the top bar for everything else:
- Search: press
/, then type a name or code, or paste a reference such as an order number. - The settings menu: your connection status, keyboard shortcuts, the theme (Light, Dark or System) and the release notes.
- Notes: press the comma key (
,) to keep notes and tasks. - Your profile picture: manage your name, email address, password and sign-in methods.

Check it worked
You can open Sales → Orders (or another Document list), and Settings → Integration setup → Integrations, and the screens load with your Organisation's data.
If something goes wrong
- Lists stop updating. Supply Lens updates in real time. If a warning badge appears on the settings button, the live connection has dropped. Open the settings menu to check your connection status; it normally reconnects by itself.
- You can't see a menu item a lesson mentions. Older guides say Settings → Integrations. Since Supply Lens 1.51 it's Settings → Integration setup → Integrations.
