Supply Lens

Choose your Integrations

Lesson 2 of 21 5 min read

Find out which systems Supply Lens connects to, what each category is for, and what to do when your system isn't listed.

Before you build anything, confirm that each of your systems has an Integration, and know which category it falls into. That tells you what kind of data it usually exchanges and where to find its setup guide.

The categories

CategoryExamplesTypical data
E-commerceShopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Faire, B2B Wave, Mirakl, Not on the High StreetOrders in; stock levels, shipments and tracking out
ERP and accountingUnleashed, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Accounting, Business Central, EnterpryzeSales and purchase orders, invoices, stock, products
Shipping and 3PLMintsoft, ShipStation, ShipHero, Clarus WMS, Logiwa, Despatch Cloud, James & James, ZendboxWarehouse orders out; despatch confirmations and stock in
Standards and networksEDI and PEPPOLOrders, despatch advices and invoices with retailers and wholesalers

These are examples, not the full list. Supply Lens supports hundreds of Integrations, and the list keeps growing.

Finding an Integration

When you add an Integration, you see the list of available Integrations, and you can search it to find the one you need. Each shows its proper name and, for most, its logo. Some Integration types are made available only to particular organisations; if one has been enabled for you, it appears in the same list.

Some Integrations have step-by-step setup guides in the help centre, including Shopify, WooCommerce and Unleashed, and EDI and PEPPOL have their own guides. The Academy has courses for several Integrations too.

When your system isn't listed

Get in touch with the Support team. They will look at what can be done. Mention:

  • the system's name and version;
  • what data you need to move, and which way;
  • roughly how many Documents a day.

Every system Hilltop uses is available, so Priya can move on to planning the flows.

One Integration per account

Each Integration is one connection to one account. If you run two Shopify stores, or an Unleashed sandbox alongside your live account, each is its own Integration with its own credentials.

Recap

  • Integrations fall into e-commerce, ERP and accounting, shipping and 3PL, and standards such as EDI and PEPPOL.
  • Search the Add Integration list to find yours; some types are enabled only for particular organisations.
  • If a system isn't listed, contact Support with what you need to move and how much.
  • Each account (including a sandbox) is its own Integration.
