Mappings, schedules and manual runs

Route Documents to and from Unleashed with Mappings, then decide when the Integration runs.
Configurations tell the Unleashed Integration what it can send and receive. Mappings tell Supply Lens which Documents should actually go there, and the schedule decides when. In this lesson you will create the Mapping that carries orders into Unleashed and choose how often the Integration runs.
Create a Mapping
- Go to Settings → Integration setup → Mappings.
- Click + ADD in the top right.
- Set the Map, From, As and To fields.
- Click SAVE.
For Hilltop's order flow, the Mapping takes Orders from the Shopify Integration to the Unleashed Integration.
Narrow a Mapping down
You can make a Mapping apply only to some Documents:

| Target tags | Tags to add to the item the Mapping creates, one per line. Useful for tag rules in the Unleashed configuration. |
| Status update types | Which status updates this Mapping responds to, one per line. |
Automatic or manual
Each Mapping has an Automatic switch. When it is on, the Mapping runs as soon as a Document is created. When it is off, the Document is processed and given the status Ready, but nothing is sent until someone runs it. Manual is useful early on, when you want to inspect each order before it reaches Unleashed.
The schedule
An Integration can run on a schedule so it sends and receives automatically. The options are every 30 minutes, 1, 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours.
- Go to Settings → Integration setup → Integrations and click the Unleashed Integration.
- Click Schedule.
- Choose the interval.
The schedule matters most for the Receive side: how often Supply Lens checks Unleashed for stock changes, shipments and orders to import.
Run it now
To send or receive immediately, open the Integration and use the Manual Operation card: Run Send & Receive, Run Send or Run Receive.

Priya creates three Mappings: Orders from Shopify to Sandbox Unleashed, Inventory from Sandbox Unleashed to Shopify, and Shipments from Sandbox Unleashed to Shopify. She turns Automatic off on the order Mapping for the first week so she can review each order, and sets the Unleashed Integration to run every 30 minutes.
