Costco settings
Every setting on the Costco SFTP Order Configuration, which collects Costco order files from an SFTP folder.
Costco orders arrive as files on an SFTP server (a secure file transfer site), and Supply Lens collects them on each run. The settings are on the Costco SFTP Order Configuration.
Files
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Directory directory | The folder on the Costco SFTP server that order files are read from. | A folder path. | Set it to the folder Costco drops order files into. |
File name pattern fileRegex | A regular expression (a text-matching pattern) that file names must match. Only matching files are downloaded and processed as orders. | A regular expression. | Set it from Costco's file naming convention, so other files in the folder are ignored. |
Content type contentType | The type of the files, which tells the parser how to read them, for example CSV, fixed-width or another format. | A content type. | Set it to match the file format in Costco's specification. |
Delete files after download deleteFilesAfterDownload | Deletes files from the SFTP server once they've been downloaded successfully. When off, files stay on the server after processing. | On or off. Default true. | Leave it on unless you have a reason to keep files on the server. |
Turning off deletion
The guide doesn't say how Supply Lens avoids reading a file again when it's left on the server.
Confirm with Support before turning deleteFilesAfterDownload off.
