Cin7 settings

Every setting on the Cin7 Core order, Cin7 Omni order and Cin7 Omni shipment Configurations, what it does and when to change it.

Supply Lens connects to both Cin7 products. For Cin7 Core it imports sales orders. For Cin7 Omni it creates orders and imports shipments. The settings live on three Configurations: Cin7 Core Order, Cin7 Omni Order and Cin7 Omni Shipment.

Cin7 Core orders: timing

These settings are on the Cin7 Core Order Configuration.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Setup date `setupDate`	Only orders created on or after this date are imported, so historical orders aren't pulled in at go-live.	Date. Set automatically when the Integration is first configured.	Not normally changed afterwards.
Last import date `lastImportDate`	The import watermark. Each run fetches only orders modified after it.	Date and time. Managed by the system.	Don't edit it by hand.
Import delay `importDelay`	Waits this long before importing an order, so other systems can change it first.	Duration, for example `00:05:00` for five minutes.	Add a delay if orders are often edited just after they're created.

Cin7 Core orders: filters

Each pair works the same way: an include list, when not empty, imports only matching orders (empty means everything); an exclude list skips matching orders even if they'd otherwise be imported.

Include customers `includeCustomerIds`	Only orders from these Cin7 customer IDs are imported.	List of IDs. Empty means all customers.	Limit the flow to certain customers.
Exclude customers `excludeCustomerIds`	Orders from these Cin7 customer IDs are skipped.	List of IDs.	Keep specific customers out of the flow.
Include sale statuses `includeSaleStatuses`	Only orders with one of these sale statuses are imported.	List of statuses. Empty means all.	Import only sales at a particular stage.
Exclude sale statuses `excludeSaleStatuses`	Orders with one of these sale statuses are skipped.	List of statuses.	Skip sales at a stage you don't want.
Include sale order statuses `includeSaleOrderStatuses`	Only orders with one of these sale order statuses are imported.	List of statuses. Empty means all.	Import only orders at a particular stage.
Exclude sale order statuses `excludeSaleOrderStatuses`	Orders with one of these sale order statuses are skipped.	List of statuses.	Skip orders at a stage you don't want.

Cin7 Omni orders

These settings are on the Cin7 Omni Order Configuration, used when Supply Lens creates orders in Cin7 Omni.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Load BOMs `loadBoms`	Sets the "Load BOMs" flag on the created order, so bill-of-materials components are expanded into their parts.	On or off. When off, BOMs aren't expanded.	Turn on if you sell kits built from components.
Project name `projectName`	A project name added to every order created in Cin7 Omni.	Text. Optional.	Set it to tell Supply Lens orders apart in Cin7 Omni.
Use ship-to location for member ID `useShipToLocationForMemberId`	Uses the ship-to Location to decide the member ID on the order.	On or off. When off, the member ID comes from elsewhere, such as the customer record.	Turn on when each delivery address is its own member in Cin7 Omni.

Cin7 Omni shipments

These settings are on the Cin7 Omni Shipment Configuration.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Include stages `includeStages`	Only shipments in one of these Cin7 Omni order stages are imported.	List of stages. Default `["Dispatched"]`.	Change it if your despatch stage has a different name.
Exclude stages `excludeStages`	Shipments in one of these stages are skipped.	List of stages.	Skip a stage that would otherwise match.
Include members `includedMemberIds`	Only shipments from these member IDs are imported.	List of IDs. Empty means all members.	Limit shipments to certain members.
Exclude members `excludedMemberIds`	Shipments from these member IDs are skipped.	List of IDs.	Keep specific members out.
Setup date `setupDate`	Only shipments created on or after this date are imported.	Date. Set automatically when the Integration is first configured.	Not normally changed afterwards.
