HubSpot settings
Every setting on the HubSpot Order Configuration, which turns HubSpot deals into orders, including how to choose pipelines and stages.
The HubSpot connector imports HubSpot deals into Supply Lens as orders. The settings are on the HubSpot Order Configuration.
Import window
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Setup date setupDate | Only deals created on or after this date are imported, so historical deals aren't pulled in at go-live. | A date. Set automatically when the Integration is first configured. | Not normally changed afterwards. |
Last import date lastImportDate | The import watermark. Each run fetches only deals modified after this time, and it moves forward after each run. | Date and time. Managed by the system. | Don't edit it by hand. |
Which deals
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Pipeline stages pipelineStages | Maps HubSpot pipeline IDs to lists of stage IDs. Only deals in the listed stages of the listed pipelines are imported. | A dictionary: pipeline ID → list of stage IDs. | Set it to the stage (or stages) that mean a deal is ready to fulfil, usually closed won. |
The guide describes pipelineStages as a dictionary of pipeline IDs, each with a list of stage
IDs. With placeholder IDs, that looks like this:
"pipelineStages": {
"12345678": ["98765432"],
"23456789": ["87654321", "76543210"]
}
Tip
Use the pipeline and stage IDs, not the names you see in HubSpot. They're in HubSpot's pipeline settings, or the customer's HubSpot admin can supply them.
