Peppol settings
Every setting on the Peppol Invoice, Credit, Order and Order Acknowledgement Configurations, including the BIS customisation and profile IDs and which Peppol document types are accepted.
The Peppol Integration sends and receives Peppol documents. Each document type has its own Configuration: Peppol Invoice, Peppol Credit, Peppol Order and Peppol Order Acknowledgement. A set of shared settings appears on all four; each then has one setting of its own.
| Configuration | Direction |
|---|---|
| Peppol Invoice | Sent and received |
| Peppol Credit | Sent and received |
| Peppol Order | Inbound only. Trading partners send orders to you; Supply Lens never generates one. Follows the Peppol BIS 3 Ordering profile. |
| Peppol Order Acknowledgement | Outbound only. Supply Lens generates an order response in reply to a received order and never imports one. |
Shared settings (all four document types)
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Last import date lastImportDate | The import watermark. Each run only fetches documents modified after it, and it moves forward after each run. | Date and time. Managed by the system. | Don't edit it by hand. |
Import delay importDelay | Waits before importing a document, so other systems can finish changing it first. | A duration, for example 00:05:00 for five minutes. | Add a delay if documents are being picked up before they're complete. |
Customisation ID customizationId | The Peppol BIS customisation ID written into outgoing documents. It says which Peppol BIS profile and customisation the document conforms to. | Text, for example urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:fdc:peppol.eu:2017:poacc:billing:3.0. | Change it only if a partner or network needs a different customisation. |
Profile ID profileId | The Peppol BIS profile ID written into outgoing documents. | Text. | Change it only if a partner or network needs a different profile. |
Namespaces namespaces | Overrides individual XML namespace prefixes in outgoing documents. Only the prefixes you list are changed. | Optional. A dictionary of namespace prefixes. | Rarely needed; only when a receiver insists on particular prefixes. |
Disable the expected payable tag disableExpectedPayableTag | Stops the expected payable tag being added. That tag is normally used to check that the calculated document total matches the expected amount. | On or off. | Turn on only to skip the total check. |
Accepted document types
Each inbound Configuration has its own receiveDocumentTypes setting.
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Receive document types receiveDocumentTypes (Peppol Invoice) | The Peppol document types accepted for import. | Default ["Invoice"]. | Only if a partner sends a non-standard invoice format. |
Receive document types receiveDocumentTypes (Peppol Credit) | The Peppol document types accepted for import. | Default ["CreditNote"]. | Only if a partner sends a non-standard credit note format. |
Receive document types receiveDocumentTypes (Peppol Order) | The Peppol document types accepted for import. | Default ["Order"]. | Only if a partner sends a non-standard order format. |
On Peppol Order Acknowledgement, receiveDocumentTypes defaults to an empty list and is
hidden, because order acknowledgements are never imported.
Order acknowledgements
This setting is on the Peppol Order Acknowledgement Configuration.
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Add tags to note addTagsToNote | Appends Document tags to the note on the generated order response. Each entry picks a set of tags and says how their values are combined into the note: an optional prefix, a prefix separator, and a separator between values. With no separator, values go on separate lines. | A list of entries. | Use it to carry the clarification of the supplier's decision (for example, why a line was changed or rejected) on the order response. |
