Warehouse and 3PL integrations
This course is for implementers who connect warehouses, 3PLs and fulfilment platforms to Supply Lens. It starts with how every warehouse flow works and the settings patterns the connectors share, then walks through Mintsoft, Clarus WMS, Logiwa, Manhattan, DespatchCloud, ControlPort and Flexport one decision at a time. It finishes with the File Drop service for warehouses that push files to you, and the print configuration that turns despatches into delivery notes and pallet labels.

Module 1
How warehouse and 3PL flows work
The four flows every warehouse integration runs, the master data they depend on and the settings patterns the connectors share.
- The four warehouse flowsEvery 3PL or WMS integration is built from the same four flows. Learn what each one carries, which way it goes and which Document type it uses. 7 min
- Routing Documents to and from a warehouseTurn the four flows into Configurations and Mappings. Learn which direction is Send and which is Receive, and how one order can go to two places. 6 min
- Master data a warehouse depends onProducts, Locations, Parties and Units of Measure carry the warehouse's own codes. Get them right before the first order and most go-live errors never happen. 7 min
- Settings patterns the connectors shareImport windows, filters, translation maps with defaults, tag-driven rules and reference types appear on almost every warehouse connector. Learn them once here. 8 min
- Testing and going live with a warehouseRun each flow by hand against the warehouse's test account, read the source and target data, then switch ids, schedules and filters over for live. 7 min

Module 2
Mintsoft
Send orders and goods-in to Mintsoft and bring back shipments, receipts and stock.
- Mintsoft setup and flowsAdd a Mintsoft Integration, switch on the right Configurations and understand the two ways Mintsoft orders can flow. 6 min
- Mintsoft order settings by decisionWork through the Mintsoft Order settings as a series of decisions, from courier services and channels to batches, bundles, cancellations and imported orders. 8 min
- Mintsoft shipments, stock and goods inConfigure what comes back from Mintsoft (shipments, receipts and stock) and how goods-in records are created, plus the gotchas to check before go-live. 7 min

Module 3
Clarus WMS
Goods out, goods in, shipments, receipts and stock with Clarus WMS, where every reference is a Clarus id.
- Clarus WMS ids and setupClarus works in ids rather than codes, and test and live accounts have different ones. Learn the flows, where each id comes from and how to set up the Integration. 6 min
- Clarus goods outConfigure Warehouse Orders for Clarus WMS, including how addresses are sent, warehouse and bay defaults, carriers, contact checks and batch picking. 8 min
- Clarus shipments and batchesImport despatched goods outs from Clarus WMS for your account only, and read the batches and expiry dates the warehouse actually picked. 5 min
- Clarus goods in, receipts and stockBook goods in receipts in Clarus WMS, bring back counted quantities, and understand the two ways Clarus stock is imported, including the snapshot that can zero stock. 8 min

Module 4
Logiwa
Purchase orders into Logiwa, warehouse receipts and stock levels back.
- Logiwa setup and flowsConnect Logiwa, a cloud WMS, and see which flows its settings cover - purchase orders in, warehouse receipts and stock back - and the master data it needs. 5 min
- Logiwa settings and gotchasConfigure Logiwa purchase orders, receipt status filters and depositor-based stock imports, and avoid the common mistakes. 5 min
- Module quizCheck your understanding of this module.
Module 5
Manhattan
Orders to Manhattan with carrier and order type translation, and shipments back.
- Manhattan setup and flowsConnect a Manhattan warehouse system, understand its order and shipment flows, and see how references link a despatch back to its ERP order. 5 min
- Manhattan settings and gotchasConfigure Manhattan carrier, service and order type translation, and the import window and references for shipments. 5 min
- Module quizCheck your understanding of this module.
Module 6
DespatchCloud
Orders to DespatchCloud and shipments back, with the right reference on each.
- DespatchCloud setup and flowsConnect DespatchCloud, send orders with the right reference and shipping method, and bring shipments back. 4 min
- DespatchCloud settings and gotchasChoose the order reference and shipping method translation for DespatchCloud, and pick which field identifies each imported shipment. 4 min
- Module quizCheck your understanding of this module.
Module 7
ControlPort
Tag-driven orders, postage rules, batch-aware stock and shipments with ControlPort.
- ControlPort setup and flowsConnect ControlPort, understand its order, stock and shipment flows, and set up the product and warehouse identifiers it relies on. 5 min
- ControlPort settings and gotchasConfigure ControlPort's tag maps, the carrier service to postage map, batch-aware stock imports and shipments. 6 min
- Module quizCheck your understanding of this module.
Module 8
Flexport
Import Flexport orders and stock into the right fulfilment location.
- Flexport setup and flowsFlexport works the other way round from most connectors here - Supply Lens imports orders and stock from it. Learn the two flows and how to set them up. 4 min
- Flexport settings and gotchasConfigure the Flexport order import window, default currency and location, and tag generation from Flexport order data. 5 min
- Module quizCheck your understanding of this module.
Module 9
File Drop and print configuration
Let a partner push files into an Integration, and turn Documents into delivery notes, labels and emailed PDFs.
- What the File Drop service doesSome partners can't be polled - they push files. Learn how the File Drop service accepts a file, hands it to the right Integration and turns it into a Document. 6 min
- Sending a file to File DropWalk a partner's developer through getting a token, choosing the JSON or multipart form, and using id and reference so retries never create duplicate Documents. 8 min
- Troubleshooting File DropRead File Drop's status codes and error details, and work through the checklist when a partner says their upload failed. 6 min
- How print integrations workA print integration turns Documents into PDFs - delivery notes, invoices, pallet labels - and emails them. Learn how print entries are structured and the rules every print follows. 7 min
- Print emails and requirementsGive each print its own email subject and body, use Liquid templates and link placeholders correctly, and gate a print with a requirement so it only runs when it should. 7 min
- The print catalogue and pallet labelsTour every print key, then configure the most widely used warehouse print - the pallet label - and the A4 document prints, property by property. 8 min
