Duda settings
Every setting on the Duda Order Configuration, from the import window to default customers and billing email matching.
The Duda connector imports orders from a Duda online store. The settings are on the Duda Order Configuration.
Import window
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Setup date setupDate | Only orders created on or after this date are imported, so historical orders aren't pulled in at go-live. | A date. Set automatically when the Integration is first configured. | Not normally changed afterwards. |
Last import date lastImportDate | The import watermark. Each run fetches only orders modified after this point. | Date and time. Managed by the system. | Don't edit it by hand. |
Import delay importDelay | Waits before importing an order, so other systems can change it first. | A duration, for example 00:05:00 for five minutes. | Set it when another system changes orders after they're created. |
The guide has no status filter for Duda, so every order from the setup date onward is imported.
Customers
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |
|---|---|---|---|
Default customer defaultCustomerId | The Party used when an order has no identifiable customer. | A Party ID. | Set it as a fallback for orders without customer details. |
Always use the default customer alwaysSetDefaultCustomerId | Uses the default customer for every order, even when a customer was identified. | On or off. | Turn on when all orders should go to one generic customer account. |
Include billing email as customer identifier includeBillingEmailAsCustomerIdentifier | Adds the order's billing email (if present) as a customer identifier of type duda-billing-email, so the downstream system can match customers by email. | On or off. | Turn on when customers should be matched by their billing email. |
