Import window
| Setting | What it does | Values / default | When to change it |

Setup date setupDate | Only orders created on or after this date are imported, so historical orders aren't pulled in at go-live. | A date. Set automatically when the Integration is first configured. | Not normally changed afterwards. |
Last import date lastImportDate | The import watermark. Each run fetches only orders modified after this time. | Date and time. Managed by the system. | Don't edit it by hand. |
Import delay importDelay | Waits before importing an order after it arrives, so other Epos Now apps (a 3PL, a fulfilment app or a pricing engine) can update it first. | A duration, for example 00:05:00 for five minutes. | Set it when another app changes transactions after they're created. |
Import statuses importStatuses | Only transactions with one of these Epos Now statuses are imported. | A list of statuses. Empty means all statuses. | Set it when only transactions at certain statuses should come through. |
