Linnworks settings

Every setting on the Linnworks Order and Purchase Order Configurations, from the order cut-off date to purchase order statuses.

The Linnworks connector imports orders and purchase orders from Linnworks. The settings are on two Configurations: Linnworks Order and Linnworks Purchase Order.

Orders

These settings are on the Linnworks Order Configuration.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Last received date `lastReceivedDate`	The date orders are imported from. Only orders created on or after it are fetched.	A date.	Set it to the historical cut-off you want, usually go-live day.
Rounding decimal places `defaultRoundingAmount`	The number of decimal places used when rounding line values, so amounts are rounded consistently.	A number. Default `4`.	Change it only if the target system needs a different precision.
Skip shipping lines `skipShippingLines`	When `true`, shipping lines are left off imported orders, so shipping costs and details aren't included.	`true` or `false`. When `false` or not set, shipping lines are included.	Turn on when the target system shouldn't receive shipping as order lines.

Good to know

The guide describes lastReceivedDate as the cut-off date. It doesn't say whether it also moves forward after each run like the lastImportDate watermark on other connectors.

Purchase orders

These settings are on the Linnworks Purchase Order Configuration.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Statuses `statuses`	Only purchase orders with one of these Linnworks statuses are imported.	A list of statuses. Default `["OPEN"]`.	Add statuses if purchase orders at other stages should come through.
Search window `searchWindow`	How far back from now to search for purchase orders, to avoid overly broad searches.	A duration. Default 30 days.	Widen it if older purchase orders need to be picked up.
