Logiwa settings

Every setting on the Logiwa goods inbound, goods inbound receipt and inventory Configurations, what it does and when to change it.

The Logiwa connector creates purchase orders in Logiwa for incoming goods, imports warehouse receipts and imports stock levels. Its settings live on three Configurations: Logiwa Goods Inbound, Logiwa Goods Inbound Receipt and Logiwa Inventory.

Goods inbound (sending purchase orders)

These settings are on the Logiwa Goods Inbound Configuration.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Default purchase order type `defaultPurchaseOrderType`	The Logiwa purchase order type given to goods inbound records Supply Lens creates.	A Logiwa purchase order type.	Set it to the type your Logiwa account uses for inbound stock.
Default purchase order status `defaultPurchaseOrderStatus`	The initial status of purchase orders created in Logiwa.	A Logiwa status.	Set it to the status your warehouse expects new inbounds in.
Default pack type `defaultPackType`	The pack type used on goods inbound lines.	A Logiwa pack type.	Set it to how your goods arrive.

Goods inbound receipts

These settings are on the Logiwa Goods Inbound Receipt Configuration.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Setup date `setupDate`	Only receipts created on or after this date are imported, so historical receipts aren't pulled in at go-live.	Date. Set automatically when the Integration is first configured.	Not normally changed afterwards.
Last import date `lastImportDate`	The import watermark. Each run fetches only receipts modified after it.	Date and time. Managed by the system.	Don't edit it by hand.
Import delay `importDelay`	Waits this long before importing a receipt, so other systems can change it first.	Duration, for example `00:05:00` for five minutes.	Add a delay if receipts are adjusted just after they're created.
Receipt statuses `warehouseReceiptStatusIds`	Only receipts in one of these Logiwa warehouse receipt statuses are imported.	List of status IDs. Empty means all statuses.	Import only receipts at the status you want booked.

Inventory

These settings are on the Logiwa Inventory Configuration.

Setting	What it does	Values / default	When to change it
Setup date `setupDate`	Only inventory updates on or after this date are imported.	Date. Set automatically when the Integration is first configured.	Not normally changed afterwards.
Last import date `lastImportDate`	The import watermark for inventory changes.	Date and time. Managed by the system.	Don't edit it by hand.
Import delay `importDelay`	Waits this long before importing inventory, so other systems can change it first.	Duration, for example `00:05:00`.	Add a delay if stock moves are posted in several steps.
Depositors `depositorIds`	Only stock for these Logiwa depositor IDs is imported.	List of IDs. Empty means all depositors.	Set it when the warehouse holds stock for other clients as well as you.
Warehouses `warehouseIds`	Only stock in these Logiwa warehouse IDs is imported.	List of IDs. Empty means all warehouses.	Limit the import to the warehouses you use.
